Ryan's entrepreneurial journey, like many, includes lots of false starts, and failures, but also the creation, growth, and successful exit of a 7-figure consumer brand. Currently, he actively invests in and owns multiple businesses across many verticals.

Ryan is not only a dedicated professional but also a loving husband and father of four children, aged 5 to 10. He and his family live on 9 acres just outside Portland, OR, growing various fruits, vegetables, and a few acres of wine grapes. Ryan's journey in digital marketing began in 2009 when he helped launch TQE Marketing. Under his leadership as CEO, the agency achieved substantial growth, generating multiple millions in revenue. The agency's focus on eCommerce and large enterprise clients contributed to its eventual acquisition by Logical Position. He still gets to spend much of his days connecting with business owners and marketing teams to help solve growth problems, which is why he started in marketing in the first place.

A sought-after speaker at national and regional eCommerce events, Ryan leveraged the challenges of the Covid pandemic to launch the "Drive and Convert" podcast with Jon MacDonald (one of the foremost CRO experts globally). His continued presence at events and contributions to industry-focused publications highlight his commitment to sharing expertise and helping businesses thrive.
